Today's commercials are for the Thomas the Tank Engine toys and the Wario Blast game.

My personal favorite is the Thomas the Tank Engine ad. Why? Because in 1994 I was a big fan of Thomas and all of his friends from the Island of Sodor. I remember back in Kindergarten (1995-1996), my dad and I would go to the Toys R' Us across from Carolina Circle Mall everyday after school to buy a Thomas toy. I remember also when he was on Shining Time Station. I got a few episodes of Shining Time Station on VHS for my 6th birthday.

The second one is for the Wario Blast game for Game Boy. I like this one because Wario acts like an idiot by hugging a lit bomb. We all know what will happen after the bomb goes blooey. Remember, this is when Game Boy was in black and white and their games won't become color until about 1999. My first Game Boy (which I still have) was a red Game Boy Pocket. My dad got it for me so I could play with it on the way to the beach in 1997. Waste of bringing that Game Boy along because back then my roadgeek interest was growing.
