One of the many things I enjoy is checking out the flea markets, websites, eBay, and antique stores for retro items of interest. For the next few days, we will be taking a look at the many items you may find along the way.
A pretty retro thing I like is candy. Every now and then, I like to check out the Retro Candy & Nostalgic Gift Store. It contains retro candy from the 1940's all the way up to the 1990's. No, they're brand new, not old and stale. They also sell old advertising sign remakes. I have have one of their signs, even though I bought it at the beach last summer. I've never bought anything from there before, but I'm considering buying a 1990's candy gift basket for myself.
You'll be pretty amazed at the history behind this old American favorite known as 20th century candy.
